Honey drips all over 

Dusty dreams 

Fig bloom 

Fragrantly spills

Melted wasp sweet

As pear takes stock

Stops dead in its tracks 

Oozes sticky across

Periwinkle stars who

Settle like flecks of

Beach blood sky
