Driving Through Boulder

Boulder ain’t my destination

But Boulder’s where I be

Boulder with its big blue skies

And mountain tops to see

Boulder with its rolling  plains

And no thick air to breathe

Boulder slowly getting cold

But still no first freeze

Boulder, Broomfield all the same

The way these cities squeeze

Colorado will all remain

As Boulder will to me
